TAXES AND DUTIES
Before the goods are sent, you will be warned if there are any taxes or duties or customs fees in your country.
If you need to pay your country's tax or customs fees, you will receive a letter to your email from the shipping company with all the information for payment.
If you are not sure about the letter with such information and think that it is spam, you can contact us to confirm that it is not spam.
Please be prepared to pay for them before you receive the package.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the tax amount will be, since each country has its own laws and different tax percentages.
If you refuse to pay taxes and receive the parcel, we will cancel the order and refund you the money for your order, BUT We will be deducted from you: the amount for customs duties and the cost of shipping the goods in two directions (to the buyer and return to the sender). This amount will be provided by the shipping company, which delivers your item.

These rules apply to all countries with the exception of EU countries:
Elen Elite do not accept return of goods, as we work honestly.
If, however, any error has occurred, please contact us to resolve the situation.
Elen Elite accept the exchange of goods within 3 days after receiving the parcel by the buyer, only in cases of serious reasons, such as:
- you received a product that does not match the description in the listing from which you placed the order.
- the goods had defects that were originally, and did not appear in cases of transportation.
- you made a mistake during the ordering process and ordered the wrong item.
Note: the costs of delivery of the goods when returning them to the seller, as well as the costs of sending the goods to the buyer, are paid by the buyer.

8). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

First option:
Beaded curtains can be fixed directly to the wall or doorway (door hatch).
To do this, you will need to drill a few holes in the wall at a distance of about 4-6 inches (10-15cm). Special hooks that you then screw into these holes you get in the kit along with the beaded curtain. Then on these hooks you will be able to hang the curtain.
The second option:
You can attach (fasten) the wooden bar to the wall (of the appropriate size).
Then in this wooden bar screw in the special hooks that you will get with a beaded curtain.
Our recommendation for you: a beaded curtain look more beautiful if it is fixed directly to a wall or a doorbell.
The number of fixtures complete with a beaded curtain depends on the width of the curtain.
- Several times a week, the Sheepskin rug must be shaken out (on the street, on a balcony or staircase) from dust and small debris.
2. When cleaning the house, the rug must be vacuumed at an average power with a conventional vacuum cleaner in the direction of the nap.

It is not recommended to use a Sheepskin rug in damp areas, put on the floor with heating, near the fireplace or battery, as well as in places where they will be exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day. - It is also not recommended to use Genuine Sheepskin rug in wet areas (for example, in the bathroom), as well as in places with increased cross-country traffic and high risk of pollution (kitchen, hallway).
6. Use a normal vacuum cleaner to clean the hides (it is not necessary to clean the hides).
7. Sheepskins rug with long nap periodically need to comb out. To do this, you can use special brushes for animals (sold at pet stores).
8. If something was poured onto the skin on the floor, you need to immediately blot the stain with clean napkins or rags, you do not need to rub the stain. The liquid from the surface of the skin is best removed from the edges of the spot to its center. - For rug cleaning it is better to use special tools for fur and skin, without chlorine and bleach.
10. A couple of times a year, it is recommended to air a Sheepskin rug , simply spread them on a flat surface in the street in the shade.
11. During operation, it is not recommended to place heavy furniture with sharp legs on the rug, and if it is still necessary, special soft pads should be placed under the feet.
